Southwest Greens has recently commemorated a 15-year presence in the EMEA region — an achievement we are pleased with. From a “cowboy” beginning of adopting a synthetic soccer turf and calling it a tee box to customized solutions that play and look authentic — a lot has evolved.
At Southwest Greens, we begin developing while keeping the end result in mind. We strive to create artificial putting green turf that has the same look and feel of natural turf. The behavior we stated is in terms of ball behavior — to be more precise — bounce, aim, and roll.
Bounce, aim, and roll speaks of the underlying technology behind our artificial putting green turf products. This project is known as “Science Behind The Surface,” and we test our artificial turf against authentic turf via a playability assessment tool.
